The staff is always kind and courteous.
Asked to have my shirts folded and in protective bags. Wasn’t done- received them on hangers, exactly what I did not want.

As a first time customer I appreciated the discount that was offered when I dropped off my clothes. However when I pickedthem up the cashier did not automatically give me the discount and I had to ask for it.
I always get great service when I go to the cleaners at corner of 146 and Hazel Dell. The people there are always friendly. They know me so as soon as I walk in the door they are getting my items
This was my first time here. The experience was great!!! The service was excellent!!! My cleaning was delivered on time and looks great. I would highly recommend Tide.
