The staff are always very friendly, and the cleaning service is top notch. This is the best cleaners in Houston, and it's environmentally friendly.
I have to be honest, service was not very good the first half of this year but there has been either turnover or an intended change in personnel and with it significant improvement in service. The new supervisor is (Melissa?) is great. Professional, courteous and genuinely wants the customer to be happy and satisfied. Very happy with the service and of course, best dry cleaning in Houston.

I moved to my new home 5 years ago and even though I have other dry cleaning stores in my close proximity, I still drive four miles to MW Cleaners in Bellaire! Every time I come into the store I'm always greeted by name and with a smile from both Angie and Mrs. Doris! I love their spirit and attention to customer service!
I have been using this specific MWCleaners location for a little bit over a year and I have never had a bad experience. All my shirts always come back the same day, the pricing is fair and the staff at this location is exceptionally friendly. Can only recommend this location!
