My service from Mary and others at the South Shepard location is excellent and could not be better in any way. However, I am not pleased with the shirt hanging method and long bags. The are subject to bing stepped on and tripping no matter how hard you try. This should be changed. My company is collecting toys to bring to Mary. Great idea and thank you for supporting the Salvation Army.
The team at the Galleria (San Felipe and South Post Oak) store is first rate! Ms. Cynthia is my favorite because she always remembers my name. I have been going to MW for over 5 years now and will not look anywhere else for dry cleaning. Even when I have had a problem with my cleaning, MW exceeds my expectation with their resolution!
All cleaning is always done correctly, staff is professional and pleasant.
