Service on location is excellent. However, I have requested, to no avail, two things. I do not like the layered shirt on hangers, nor do i like the long, dress length coverings on the shirts on hangers. I have almost tripped more than once. I do not want folded shirts, as my shirts need to hang on hangers in my closet.
We have always found the staff at MW Cleaners 12534 Memorial to be very helpful and friendly. Our confidence in this locations personnel keeps us coming back, even though there is another location closer to our home.
The front desk ladies always have a smile, are always kind and helpful. It is amazing that one is able to drop their items off early in the morning & usually can pick them up late in the afternoon.

Great service and quality
I always love using mw. I just don't have a ton of dry Cleaning. Always great service. Only "complaint" is 1 time my drapes had a bit of a snag when they came back.
