I'm honestly not a review writer but my experience with the Draper location has been terrible! I recently changed positions at work requiring me to wear a suit every day. I purchased a decent amount of new shirts and slacks because of this. I decided to use Tide because it's conveniently located and the staff is friendly. The reason for the bad review is the shrunk 10 new shirts and 8 slacks. And when i say shrunk i mean Steve Urkel short! Lost my clothing
You forgot to apply my 20% discount to my order. A credit was given instead.
I always wait to bring my items in on Thursdays when you have a coupon. It seems like the coupon is never applied when I pick up my items. I asked the attendant if she had the 20% coupon applied as the charge was more than $8 on 1 item (which was much more than I anticipated) & she said it was not but. She said it was only $1.40 so I should just get a credit applied at my next visit instead of a credit from my current purchase, which is not what I want. A quilt my mom had me bring in with really bad stains they got them out.
I brought three dress shirts in and they were accidentally misplaced. After looking for several days, these shirts will be replaced at no expense to me.
