I told the attendant that help me, that when I begin using your services years ago I told the main manger to put a note NOT to hand iron any of my shirts on my account knowing if they get damaged I would be responsible. I asked her to not hand iron my shirts.my bill showed that one got done. The time before this I believe I got charge for two. PLEASE make bigger note so it does happen again. Thanks Ron Mayer
They didn’t press the lapel on my long sleeved shirt down flat w/ the top button done up. They pressed it like a short sleeve shirt w/ the lapel & collar open.
I had a redo and the same spots were there that I pointed out with stain stickers before. One of them I scraped off myself. I might as well have just used cold water and a rag and cleaned the jacket at home. So the garment is being cleaned the 3rd time and we are supposed to pick it up this Wednesday.
