My jacket had to be redone and I had previously marked all the stain spots. There were at least 10 to 112 spots still on the jacket and some of them I was scraping off with my nail.
Provide a printer friendly version of just the part that goes in the bag without all the other stuff on the email. This would allow us to go semi green even by printing it.

I received an email requesting that I update my personal information. I set up an account but couldnt save the information because I got a message that my credit card info wasnt saved. After several attempts i gave up. I reported the problem and one of your representatives told me I had received the Utah form instead of the Nevada form. Now I get this email and frankly i not sure of its purpose. I did not try to set up an account since the problem I stated above.
Due to Covid fears, I always use your drop off service in the bin and pick up from the automated kiosk. This was the third time I had some one else's clothes in what was returned to me. Usually when this happens I get one thing from someone else mixed up in my order. However this time I only got someone's clothes, and none of my clothes. It is frustrating having to come back extra times due to these mixups on the employees' part.
Every time I brought clothes to clean they came back spotted. The last was a dress that was totally ruined. The company reimbursed me for it. The dress could not be replaced. Please take my personal information out of your system. Thank you.
Price was steep for a throw that goes on the sofa. Charged for a Twin size bedspread. WOW!
