I brought my 6-year old comforter which has been through 2 moves from California to Arizona to Austin. It was laundered in my machine once & did not do well, was stained & in sad shape. Just unpacked it from your professional packaging & put it back on my bed. It looks brand new & smells so fresh & clean. I didn't think stains would come out, but they did. It's perfect. Very courteous service! Valet, curbside. Offered to deliver vs me picking up when I dropped off my bundles. Matthew was again patient and kind to a very tired nurse when I picked up my cleaning. Dropped off a comforter, went back and got it. The same Staff member coming and going. She was pleasant and helpful. I did try to retrieve it on 3 occasions prior to the pick-up day. Cars and folks were swarming around like Bees. I couldn’t decipher the Valet Procedure and decided to postpone pick-up until the coast was clear.
