Dropped off a comforter, went back and got it. The same Staff member coming and going. She was pleasant and helpful. I did try to retrieve it on 3 occasions prior to the pick-up day. Cars and folks were swarming around like Bees. I couldn’t decipher the Valet Procedure and decided to postpone pick-up until the coast was clear.
