Customer service experience was great. Just didn't anticipate $30.00 per comforter to have cleaned. Even with online discount coupon.

I brought my 6-year old comforter which has been through 2 moves from California to Arizona to Austin. It was laundered in my machine once & did not do well, was stained & in sad shape. Just unpacked it from your professional packaging & put it back on my bed. It looks brand new & smells so fresh & clean. I didn't think stains would come out, but they did. It's perfect. Very courteous service! Valet, curbside. Offered to deliver vs me picking up when I dropped off my bundles. Matthew was again patient and kind to a very tired nurse when I picked up my cleaning.
