Excellent!!! The customer service provided by Mathew Myer was phenomenal!! He was courteous and very professional. My jacket was not in on the time promised ,therefore , he gave me a discount without me having to say a word. Now that is what I call customer service, and not because of the discount , but because of the way that he handled it. I am a lifelong customer.
