Took clothes to them in a nice laundry bag right after they opened. They lost it and promised to replace it. They have not done so as of today!!! I have been back twice to check if they really plan on replacing it. I'm always assured they will! Way toooooo long to wait! Prices are extremely high even with 50% off coupon.
