Dropped clothes off yesterday, got email today they were ready. Pulled into the drive thru, immediately a lady came to the car. She was so nice and friendly. When I dropped off yesterday, the young man was so nice and helpful. I know this is just a dry cleaners, but its just so shocking to actually have people that seem to love their jobs at a cleaners, that I'm just in shock. I have been using Comet Cleaners for 13 years. I never felt like my clothes were clean, they ruined several items and they couldn't get out the simplest stains. Tide was able to remove stains that were set in for years!! Years!!! I'm a very happy woman!!!
Just picked up my first order. Very impressive! Great staff, and I also like the fact the plant is on site.
I showed up to pick up my dry cleaning 12 minutes after the store closed. Tried to use their automated pick up system and realized I wasn't set up to do that yet. Got in my truck to drive away and the Owner came out to tell me they can take care of me since they are still there. He then took the time to set me up in their system to pick up after hours. Talk about service! Wow!!! Thank you Tide Dry Cleaners!!! I'm excited to do business with a company that understands and delivers awesome client experiences!!!
