Ok. Except the young man had to keep returning to my car because he was misspelling my name
Drop off was a bit concerning because I was asked to sign a waiver that the employee tried to tell me had always been a requirement for every customer to sign at the time of each and every drop off even though I had NEVER been asked to sign it before... ugh! In the end, my comforter came back freshly laundered and in a nice bag to transport home. The young person that helped me when I picked up my comforter was very pleasant and professional 😊
