Both team members when I dropped off and picked up my items were extremely good. The team member when I picked up my items even used my name when thanking me for my service and placing my dry cleaning in my car. Great personal touch!
I like your service, bit it's too expensive for what I need. I have many options, but have gone to you for the promptness of your service, but the cost is too high compared to your competition and I shouldn't need a 50% off coupon to make it worthwhile....
