I dropped off my dry cleaning on Thursday because it was BOGO day. When I picked up my order I was charged full price for the 2 items. This was the 2nd consecutive time this occurred. Your store is very convenient for me and the staff is very courteous but when they tell me the coupon will get applied and then it doesn’t, that is very frustrating.
I dropped off large black-out curtains to be hemmed. Tide did an amazing job! I will be taking more items to them in the future.
