Friendly service, and always offer a lollipop to my kids after asking my permission where they cannot hear. I love the 24/7 drop off and pick-up connected to my card so that I can coordinate around my hectic schedule.

I have been using Tide Dry Cleaners off Falls of the Neuse for about a year. I like their personality when assisting me. They seem to be concerned about my clothing. If there was a problem they called me ahead of time to let me know that the stain was difficult to remove and they didn't want to damage my item. And they would let me know if my clothing wouldn't be ready by the time promised, by text and/or phone call. My dry cleaning was never a disappointment. We have been using the Tide Dry Cleaning service since the day of their grand opening! We are always pleased with the consistent cleanliness and crispness of the chemical-free service...and we really like the free laundry bag they provided, too!

The Triangle needs more dry cleaners like this!! I used the 24/7 kiosk that you slide your card in and it sends your clothes out automatically. Love it! My clothes smelled clean, felt clean, as clean as they've ever been! Thanks to the Toppen family!!
