The pull up service is a good thing to have but since they first opened I've been bringing my clothes here...especially my white pants I had a real bad stain on the seat of my pants that I got sitting in something at a dinner party and they got it out next day....

I love everything about Tide, so I was excited when the Tide Dry Cleaners was opening a new location but I was quickly discouraged about the prices they charge, a bit high. Very high in fact I've used them at their grand opening but have not returned.

Well the people running this place are a mess. Drug use is heavy amongst the employees. They have no respect or manners whatsoever. My favorite button up was ruined and they never cared to do anything about it. No call back nothing. I have inside information and the employees are using heroin. Even the manager. He shares with female certain employees and sleeps with them. Married women. This place was meant to be built in hell how it ended up in Raleigh is a mystery. Avoid it at all costs.

My husband took clothes in to try out the new Tide Dry Cleaners in our neighborhood. The buttons on his shirt were damaged. He brought the shirt back and supposedly the manager was going to see if he could find buttons to replace on the shirt or reimburse us for the shirt. This happened at least a month ago, probably longer. No follow up contact has been made by Tide Dry Cleaners Raleigh . We will not be back. It's not really about the shirt, it's the principle of doing what you say you are going to do.

Ridiculous prices. Absolutely absurd. Wanted shirts laundered, and they dry cleaned them. That meant an extra $4 per shirt. With a 50% coupon it was STILL $52 for my husband's shirts and pants---something I've never paid remotely close to at competitors. Not only would they not hear me when I told them I wanted my shirts LAUNDERED, but they still charged me for the dry cleaning price. Will never, ever come here again. Outrageous. Not at all worth it.
