Really disappointed in my experience with Tide Dry Cleaners Ballwin. After giving them a printed copy of their BOGO dry cleaning and laundry service coupon with a large amount of clothes, they didn't apply the coupon (which seems to happen ALL THE TIME) and charged me $87. The clothes were all for my husband, who was getting his clothes cleaned before he moved to Germany for a job. This is the worst cleaners I’ve ever been too! They ruined a pair of pants of mine by taking the color out of them. They also consistently return things with stains still on them. I’m pretty sure they just put a bag over a garment, charge you for it, call it clean, and never attempt to clean it.
They lost a belt that was attached to a pea coat.
