UPDATE: Increasing my review to 4 stars. After posting my first review, Terry reached out to me via phone to express his desire to make it right with my second bedspread. I dropped it off the following week and it was ready the next day; looking and smelling great. Really appreciated the effort to contact me and ask that I give them another chance. I wish there were more stars because I would give you all more stars! I just recently found you all. I am so happy. Your store is lovely, the customer service is more than I could ever hoped for. The valet service is awesome when there is no parking. The discounts are great! I have had about 9 items dry cleaned and I am so pleased.
