UPDATE: Increasing my review to 4 stars. After posting my first review, Terry reached out to me via phone to express his desire to make it right with my second bedspread. I dropped it off the following week and it was ready the next day; looking and smelling great. Really appreciated the effort to contact me and ask that I give them another chance.
