I was grabbing my clothes on the way to the airport. I was greeted nicely but when I handed her $100 she said she’s not sure if they could break it but would ask. The manager came out saying he wouldn’t give me my clothes because they aren’t allowed to break any bills larger than $100. Even though everyone was giving them enough to break it. I've been going to Tide Cleaners since they first opened up a few years back. Right out the gate, all of my clothes were done properly. Last 2-4 months have been terrible. I am very strict on creases being done the right way due to both personal reasoning and being a public servant. Two separate occasions I had to take my shirts home and re-do the creases (remove and then add to proper location). My account has a permanent note stating the importance of proper creasing (I know because it states it on the pick up receipts). I... read more

because the owner of the establishment is a unpolite, rude, lack of manners individual...take your business somewhere else
We have been going here for about 6 months. They cannot seem to get my request to iron a crease in all of my pants, even if I remind them when I drop off my clothes. There is always one pair of not two that for whatever reason, unexplained to me, are always pressed without a crease. My average dry cleaning bill every two to three weeks is about $50. I just don’t understand why it is so difficult.
Word to the wise, if you are given an estimate, be sure to write it down and get a signature. Not only is the customer not always right but you get to be called a liar as well!
The first time I went everything was awesome. I went today and tried to use a coupon. I put everything in the car and drove all the way over there to hear “we raised our prices because of the coupon”. That seems pretty dishonest to me...
