I had a comforter cleaned and besides it turning out great, it was neatly hung. You could see the care that was put into it.

The attendant, sorry don't know name, was very personable and helpful. She accepted the drop off and handled the pick up. She offered to carry the cleaning and place them in my truck. Great personal customer service. There were a couple of food spots on my shirts that were not cleaned, which I normally would have expected to have been removed. Otherwise, acceptable product.

Good quality job of cleaning and laundry. Everything done as ordered, and each item was individually packaged. Got text message when order was ready, and it was ahead of promised time. Summerwood store is very convenient, even offering 24/7 pickup/dropoff. But, convenience does come with a cost! Pricing is EXTREMELY high - simply not competitive with other area cleaners.
