I had an outstanding invoice due an issue with card on file. I received a courtesy call which was handled wonderfully and I responded and resolved on the same day. My apologies Tide for not updating my information in a timely manner.

Really great service with smiles! The front desk lady also helped me decide with what areas should be starched on my shirt and what not, very knowledgeable.
