It was fine. No issues
Great , except I came in for the 40% off that I had stopped in the day before and was told it had been on for awhile and would continue?!?! Well sigh. Sign was down and no longer 40% off. Ugh. Had other things too to bring in. I was gone all summer. Hope they have it again.
The clerk didn't explain the price to laundry my shirts or how the discount was applied. She wasn't that friendly.
I walked into your place of business for the first time, and, as is customary for me, said to the young lady at the counter, "How are you today?" Here's what I got in return: a shrug of the shoulders, and "I'm so so, I guess." What???!!! Even if you are having a bad day, you don't tell the customer that. Her service was fine, but I just thought the manager needed to know how a first time customer was greeted by one of his/her employees.
The pants that were dry cleaned were fine. The collar on the shirt was not ironed very well.
Your are extremely high priced for the service you offer. 5 dollars for a pair of pants is ridiculous and that was with a 40% off coupon. I will not be BACK. I was really hoping this new area would bring in a better option. The place across the street does the same quality for less. At least they have specials.
The stain was not removed. I will bring the garment back to see if it can be removed
Pricing was a bit higher than other places even with the 40% discount.
The cleaning was great! I appreciated getting an email notification when it was ready. Only critique would be the response time when I walked in originally... I had to open and close the door twice for someone to come to the front. Maybe that's normal? It was my first time. Overall great experience!
