Whoever presses the garments does not know what they are doing. I took in to brand new men’s dress shirts. When I picked them up they were wrinkled and had creases where there shouldn’t be any. I then had to take it home and do what I paid you to do. Will never go back.
This was my 3rd time using Delia’s. Went to pick up as usual but a pair of pants weren’t dry cleaned due to a “Stain” on them. They failed to notify me prior to pick up. When I simply asked why didn’t you guys call me and tell me this, the girl was rude answering back they didn’t even notify us. I was confused...I than asked are my clothes are taken somewhere else? I specifically told the attendent at the time of drop off that the item is missing a button and to not worry, i was going to replace it. To go ahead and dry clean. The next day at pickup they denied to do the job apparently the attendent did not listen to my instructions. I had to retirn the next day to pick up the same outfit. Also at the time of the first drop off a customer before me was not happy they lost her outfit Not returning for any service.
I was a few weeks ago for first time...I just move in this area, so I choose Tide Dry cleaner. For fist time I bring 4 clothes and, 2 of them was the same dirty...they just did it with ironing iron, but stil very dirty Second time, after a couple weeks I was again with 2 clothes, and they give me back, one pants the same dirty...actually very dirty...I don’t know why they didn’t see that.... So...yea...I’m very sad...because the price is higher but, every time they give me dirty clothes. Never again at Tide dry cleaner:(
Not very friendly
The clerk who accepted my Navy Dress Blues assured me that they would be handled properly. I specifically showed him how the creases should be done, ironing performed inside out, etc. Upon returning home I discovered that my blues were improperly creased, there were multiple wrinkles in the blouse, the ironing was performed very poorly, and there were overlapping crease lines on one pant leg. Very disappointing and shoddy work.
They are SO slow in the store It’s like zero sense of urgency :-/
Be honest about pricing. I was told shirts were $2.30 ish and some they were twice that. Ineve would have had them done had they been that expensive My bill was twice whT I expected after the 30-% off
Dropped off a black pea coat for dry cleaning. Both CSRs were polite and helpful. When I Took the plastic wrap off the coat, it still had the same surface stains on it when I dropped it off originally on the back but the rest of the coat was clean and in great condition. I can tell it was cleaned, just not thoroughly. Because of Christmas, I haven't had a chance to drop it off again for a redo.
