Took in my sons hockey jersey. He's a goalie, so it had plenty of park marks on it. It was cleaned to perfection! All trace of puck marks were gone. Staff was also very friendly.

Moved from Texas, and this is the 2nd or 3rd time I have game to this location. All occasions I specifically asked for heavy starch. “Cowboy starch”. Upon picking up my Jeans I noticed the jeans where wet and not startched. Not even creased! I told CSA, about this issues, and his words “ well your not in Texas anymore” not cool.! I brought in a huge amount of clothes; the bill was over $200. One of my really nice dresses from White House Black Market was ruined- a. sewn in belt was damaged beyond repair. I left the dress in the shop and was told someone would call me back to discuss the damage. It’s been over a week and no one has called. It is very irritating when customer service is not prompt. I will probably have to do the legwork to solve the problem- just not good service.
