We took 17 table clothes to be cleaned after our Church event. We went to pick them up and I thought I was hearing things! She said it was $448.00.. I could not believe my ears. I thought to myself... Oh she meant $44.00.. I drove away and looked at my receipt. We immediately went back and asked if it was a mistake. She said, No mam, and that she tried to give us a 20% discount. She could not even do that! I expected to pay about $150.... NEVER dreamed $448! As usual all items were processed just as requested. I even got them back earlier than told. Dropped off on a Friday afternoon and was told they would be ready on Monday. I actually got them back the next day on Saturday.

we have a found a better dry cleaner. better customer service, better prices and better quality. Please take me off all your lists and emails. I will not create an account to do so.
You dry cleaned things that should have been laundry which in turn almost doubled my cost.
The price for cleaning a suit was 300% plus, higher priced, than other dry cleaners I have utilized, with the same, or similar, quality, and customer service.
The two ladies who I dealt with both at drop off and pick up were great. Very nice and professional, so no worries there. My issue is the outrageous prices you guys charge for dry cleaning. I dropped off two pairs of cropped dress pants and a cotton dress/tunic for a simple dry clean and my bill was over $17. This it ridiculously expensive and needless to say not worth it. The items were cleaned and handled appropriately. My complaint is your pricing. Charging over $17.00 per dress to clean it is ridiculous. Especially since one of the dresses I had cleaned I pirchased new for $45.00!
Customer service was great! The staff kept me informed on the progress of my item. I however was not able to get my comforter cleaned due to a question concerning the stitching, and had to return to pick up the item. I will have to look at another cleaners for this particular item.
