Was not happy with shirt.
Very expensive and asked for starch and clothes were wrinkled when I got home
I had my comforter dry cleaned due to dog urine. The pee stain is out which is great, but there are other small stains on it now. This is a brand new comforter so I’m disappointed this happened
The polo shirts smelled terrible, they smelled spoiled. A brand new pair of shorts (never been worn, washed or dry cleaned) came back with 2 broken buttons.
Clerk was kinda slow, prices are extremely high.
Pricing is ridiculously over priced, wont be back for that reason.
I dropped off 6 shirts, 5 for laundering and one for dry cleaning. I received my receipt, climbed back into my truck and left. I was still in the shopping area when I noticed the receipt indicated only 5 shirts. I pulled back around front and back into the drop-off area. The young black lady came out ... This was my first and last time to visit. I brought four blouses in and at no time as a new customer was I told how high your prices were. To pay over $7 a blouse and receive a bill for over $30 was quite a shock. My mistake for not asking and I’ve made it known to several friends who also had the same reaction. There are many cleaners around who will do as good of a job and charge half.
I sent a message via email, but in short I dropped off clothes I needed for a funeral and got them back still dirty. Not only that the employee I told about it, said nothing. Just deer in headlights....
