Employee was great but I’m missing a dress shirt and bag, that I needed to go out of town to a funeral. Got the notification that my order was ready only to get there and find out 2 pcs missing (white dress shirt and the bag). Employee told me she would cover with the manager and have her call me. I’ve heard nothing, I just called the store and no answer on the phone, it just rang and rang.

I was told these cotton shirts had to be dry cleaned. I really needed to have spoken up, but sometimes I just don't ask questions. My bill for 6 shirts, that weren't even pressed nice, came to 56 dollars 😒. I was shocked and payed the bill

I dropped off 1 basket of clothes to be washed and folded. I ask to have 2 pair of blue jeans dry cleaned with light starch. When I picked them up they were all washed and folded

Reported issue with Tomball Tide Cleaners The manager was supposed to call me. I wanted clothes I put in to be washed and dried. The manager put them in to be dry cleaned. This was for my mother who is in a nursing home on fixed income. My washer was broken is the only reason I was taking her clothes. Apparently they don’t care enough about us being a customer for years to even respond
