forget to return my fur which attach to my coat hat.
Clothes are constantly coming back smelling like mold & mildew. We've been going here for years & I've had my clothes re-cleaned dozens of times due to the smell. Finally just got tired of it. Got ahold of management & they proceed to tell me it must be time to clean the filters. I had to time my drop offs with the days they change the filters. The main reason I brought 8 brand new shirts is to iron them good because I am starting a new job and I want to look sharp I am sad to say that all 8 shirts were not iron good at all and I am very disappointed it seem they were iron in a hurry and with no attention to details
I ask that my collars on my shirts be brought down to edge of the back of the shirt. They did it this time because they put a note on the dry cleaning. But many times they or only half way down on the back of the shirt. Other than that you guys do a great job.
