Clothes dry cleaned professionally. Laundered shirts always have to be ironed all over to remove wrinkles!

was given a lady’s dress in place of my tuxedo pants, the pants were lost for two days forcing me to buy a new pair not knowing if they were going to be found since I had to leave out of town.
Prices way too high.
Trousers had double seam. I had to iron it but didn’t go well. Coustomer service was very good though.
Outrageously expensive!
The customer service people are always very nice and helpful. Since my branch switched from mw cleaners to tide the increase in prices is too high a markup. I am planning on looking for another dry cleaning provider. Your franchise fees should not be passed on to me the customer. I am taking my business elsewhere that will provide quality and price competitive services . At this time Tide outrageous prices is not proving this.
