Ashley needs to be recognized as on one your top employees, for she is always on top of her work and providing professional service every time. I see her at least 2 times per week and she is always smiling and very courteous and that is before 7:00 AM. She is the best person to ever manage the store business, which I have been using for a number of years. I just about switched to another service, but since she arrived....no reason to.

Most of the time everything is great, but we have found missing or broken buttons on shirts that have been cleaned. Is replacing and repairing part the of the service that I pay for?
