They were washed very well but there were pressed terribly to starch is
Okay cleaning because they're washed let me have any spots on them anyway but the pressing was awful
Blouses had no creases in the sleeves. They don’t even look like they’ve been pressed. I’ll have to press them again. Too much money spent on dry cleaning for a mediocre job. Never again.
Store front was clean and workers professional. I was appalled at prices for craning! I was told when I dropped my dresses off that the bearing on one coyld possibly be damaged & there would be nothing that could be done about it. When I picked it up I had been charged an additional $5 because of beads. The beads were only on the cuffs not all over the dress.
I have been going to the dry cleaners for 5 years You all switched the name to tide .. This is was my first time coming to this cleaners, I chose it because I knew that it would be quality work, however I was surprised to find quite the opposite. I took my very expensive coat here, because I knew that any other cleaner wouldn’t take care of it.. When I received my coat back, it still had all of the small stains still in it, and was pressed on the edges incorrectly. Ok, so I decided yet again to attempt to use a dry cleaning facility close to home and yet again, sorely disappointed. On occasion I can be frugal so when I received the 50% off coupon for new customers I decided "why not". I normally have a bulk load of dress shirts, slacks and suits to dry clean with this load being 20 shirts and 3 slacks. Very overpriced for the service.
It was okay but I will not be back. Way over priced. I was in total shock when they told me it would be $100.00 dollars for 13 pieces. I normally pay around $40 for the same amount across the street from this place so I will be going back to them.
