Held on to my stuff for two weeks to then tell me it wasn’t done bc it was to complicated. When at drop off made it seem like a easy job that will definitely get done.

Your prices ate really high, even with a coupon.
Assumed I wanted light starch and creases in my pants without me saying that I wanted it. I simply instructed that I always want my clothes dry cleaned, nothing else.
