The gentleman that helped me in drive through was fabulous..I had a king size goose down comforter. I am disabled and asked if after being cleaned could they place it in the bag that it came in , so 1 I could possibly carry it with the handles 2 it could be stored till next winter. They refused did not return my bungle cords. Not pleased.

Customer service was great as well as turn around time but I had an alternative down comforter dry cleaned and it shrank significantly.

I brought my clothes in Thursday afternoon and they were supposed to be done Friday after 5:30 or 6:30, I didn't receive a text until Saturday afternoon that one piece of the 7 pieces was ready. Still didn't receive anything on Monday until after my husband, who had to work late in Katy, hurried and picked them up because I was stuck at work too. For 43 bucks I was disappointed. I received a text for a review as soon as he picked them up. This is the second time I have used Tide cleaners and most likely the last.

I had 8 items press only and my bill was nearly $90! Just imagine if I had them all dry cleaned?!? Too expensive!!

Asked the team to get heavy stains out of the collars of two shirts. Shirts came back stain free.

I have used this organization since it was Nesbits Cleaners. When they became MW Cleaners, the service improved. Yes they did have to replace a blouse or two, but at least I could trust them. I took a blouse in my closet to wear the other day and it was ripped to shreds. I had not worn this blouse since last summer. I took it back to Tide (now) and it was still on the hanger with all the tissue in place and get this. They won't pay me for ruining the blouse I only wore one time! They said it had been too long. I wish I was given a ticket before I left when dropping it off showing me how much it would cost. I would’ve left and gone somewhere else. I think it’s very overpriced and I won’t be back.
