Kevin, my delivery person, is great. Kind, professional, and diligent. And the people in the shop are very good. I never get a belt lost and buttons that come off are always returned. They called me with a concern about something I had sent. I appreciated the care they took of a very old garment.
They always send us a reminder when the items are ready. So far we have not had a problem with the cleaning.
What happened to the free soap pods. Great when we travel.
Excellent service but would like no paper used to stuff garments. . Save the trees!
Really like the convenience of home pickup and delivery. Shirts are clean and pressed. Have not any errors or damage to my clothing.
All the buttons I asked to be reinforced were done and the zipper in a dress was fixed. Couldn't ask for any better at a reasonable price!
