Our valet is prompt, professional, and courteous. The clothing has been inspected for stains, tears, or missing buttons and is clean, as well as, carefully pressed. We have enjoyed the free detergent and downy samples which has resulted in purchasing after trying. Prefer not to have the paper stuffed in the sleeves because this doesn’t seem to deter wrinkling and is a small annoyance when the paper either falls out when carrying the clothing or is stapled well and doesn’t want to come out.
