I enjoyed the delivery and the way I received my clothes back. The only complaint I had was the price. Even with a 50% off coupon, I still paid over $17 for just 4 articles of clothing. Too pricey for me so unfortunately I probably won't be using this company again.
The web portal wasn’t working very well; but text contact with the concierge was enough, once established.
