Front end staff where very friendly and courteous both on drop off and pick up. Issue I had was item was sent to another store in error. So I had to come back the next day to pick up items. Next day item was there but charge was so high for an alteration I needed done. Had two kneck lanyards that need shortented. Simple task to cutoff excess and restich less than one inch. Had two of these and cost was nearly $20! Only paid $5 for the lanyard (had two of them). Couldn't get an upfront price at drop off. Now they cleaned my t... read more
