Front end staff where very friendly and courteous both on drop off and pick up. Issue I had was item was sent to another store in error. So I had to come back the next day to pick up items. Next day item was there but charge was so high for an alteration I needed done. Had two kneck lanyards that need shortented. Simple task to cutoff excess and restich less than one inch. Had two of these and cost was nearly $20! Only paid $5 for the lanyard (had two of them). Couldn't get an upfront price at drop off. Now they cleaned my t... read more
Kevin always put his customers first and it really shows! He makes the whole process so simple and easy! I am thankful he is on my route! I will certainly continue to use Tide Dry Cleaners because of Kevin’s tireless work and thoughtfulness!
