They turned my white blouse to gray. Horrible experience. The Tide drycleaners are jokers, I did dry cleaned with M W drycleaners for years, trying the Tide drycleaners is a mistake.

I have returned men’s cotton dress shirts multiple timesmbecause the side and spleeve seams are very puckered. Even when sent to the attention of the plant manager, they are returned just the same, looks like nothing was done. I have run an iron over the seams and it fixes the problem but Tide cleaners doesn’t seem to be capable of correcting. Very unacceptable and disappointing.
Waaay too expensive. Why don’t you display your pricing?? $69 for 7 pants and a dress is outrageous! Quality was good, but not for over double what I normally pay. Both women were very nice and professional. Unfortunately way too expensive and I won’t be back.

Not good service, the customer service has decreased
I have been going to this MW Cleaners since the building was constructed! I have formed great relationships over the years with the staff and everytime I have had any issues with the service the front end staff has been very accommodating. However, here are my compliants in regards to this location. For years I have tolerated my work slacks with double and even triple creases.
