I brought in a huge order of costume pieces and gowns, and my order was completed very quickly. I'm very happy with the quality of the garments - a lot of them were stained with makeup and they look brand new now! They even got a rolling rack and helped me get everything out to my car. Very pleased.
Doris at the Bellaire storefront was very friendly and helpful and careful to explain the turnaround.
Service was great but the prices were crazy high. I could not believe it was $10 to dry clean a pair of pants. I can't afford to go back.

Did a great job getting stain out of my clothes in a timely fashion. Would have given fice stars if they homored the first order coupon. Was told it needs to be presented at drop off rather than check out.
I was greeted with warm smiles during both drop off and pick up of my comforter. As a first time customer, I was given detailed description of my options as well as information of the rewards program. I am very likely to return.
