I had a coupon for 14.00 for a comfort that expiration date was 11/15/2019. I called one of the stores to ask is the last day to use was 11/14/2019, the lady said “ no, the last day you can use it is 11/15/2019. I went to the Bellaire location to pick up my clothes ( this was my 1st time at this location), so I brought my comforter, the lady said the coupon expired, I proceeded to tell her I called another location and was told her the last day I could use it was today which was 11/15/2019. It’s convenient as it is right around the corner, however , more times then not the clothes still have a stain (food should come out) a little note that says this garment is too sensitive to be cleaned is not a good answer .

If you have clothes that need to be dry cleaned, DO NOT go to Tide Dry Cleaners, which I think is a national chain. I took in nine men's dress shirts, and they were going to charge me $8.08 *per shirt.* I first thought that was for all nine, and then I thought the lady was joking. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

Very very Expensive
Ridiculous expensive
I love Tide cleaners but I do not receive my coupons in a timely manner. My last coupons expired in June. When it was MW cleaners, I would receive my coupons around the first of the month.
