We recently moved from Summerwood and we used that Tide Cleaners. We were extremely satisfied with their efficiency and performance at that location. We went to the Pearland location expecting the same service, unfortunately we were disappointed. I took in the clothing (pants and shirts) to be dry cleaned and pressed in the morning and expected to get them back that evening. I was told that they would not be ready until after 5 the next day. Your pricing is ridiculous! $45 for two jackets. Thanks but i get just as good of service from my local dry cleaner for much less.
Did not honor coupon or first time customer.
I dropped off my clothes on 2 separate occasions to find that I had to return them both for service because because the stains were no removed and my shit I requested to be sewn was not swen.... in will not be returning at all.... my shirt has still not been sawn... thank you

The pick up service never showed up at my house after being scheduled and no on called to let me know what happened or to reschedule. One of my pieces being cleaned was not ready with the rest. No one communicated with me to let me know when it was ready for pickup. It was there for days.
First time going...7 items none of them fancy or name brand (1 jacket, 2 work blazers, 2 business shirts, 2 pair of jeans), no special requests. I dropped all items off on a Friday morning, no call, text, or email to let me know that my clothes were ready for pickup, was only given an estimated time of when it would be ready the day of drop off. The total came out to be $77.61?!!! How?!!! Just keep them, keep them all!!!
You over charge. You don't have a clear way of explaining why you charge different prices. Also, I don't even know what the prices are for my pieces.
You don’t tell your customers the pricing. I don’t know if they are charging me correctly. They don’t know either. They can’t explain the pricing. I feel ripped off and over charged.
