I put two pieces of clothes in and picked up one piece and had to pick up 2nd piece two days later and was not cleaned. Was told i could leave or bring back and it would get cleaned for free. I could not leave the piece so i had to take home and wash myself. Is that good business?
I had a one of a kind Texan’s hoodie from the first season the Texans existed. Very cool and definitely one of a kind. I took it to Tide Cleaners and never got it back. They said it must be lost, I think it’s at someone’s house and not lost. It cannot be replaced and at first I was offered a store credit. Why would I want to bring more items there to be “lost”. Service always great
Completely overpriced! Last time I came with 2 items it cost $11. This time I came with 8 and it cost me $142. Make it make sense! On top of that a dress was lost and I was told I’d have to come back and talk to a manager because she didn’t have time to look for it. I’ve called several times today and no response.
You're prices are to high. $9.83 To clean a Tee-shirt is to expensive. That's a Rip off

Bad customer service
I paid 85.00 for dry cleaning of 5 items with a coupon. The las time 60.00 with a coupon. They do awesome work but they are extremely over priced.
Many wrikls on clothes observed, looks like not completed iron properly. Not satisfied your perfomance at all.
