When I picked up my dress and blouse it was not pressed out still had wrinkle and my dress still had a spot on it. The service is horrible and to high. I will never go back again. The same day I ran into another lady she saw my clothes with bag tide on it she also sad she had a bad experience. Said she would not go back.
I placed two pair of slacks in. your cleaners and still had to iron them myself for work...For the $20 I paid I expected a better product. When it was the W ...their staff and their management provided a product that matched the cost...You guys (Tide) came in and did exactly what big businesses do ....raise the cost and cut corners on customer service and product production.
I am a healthcare provider and the first time I ever heard about this company was when they were promoting their free dry cleaning services for the healthcare providers during the initial start of Covid. I enjoyed the services and decided this day that I would continue using their services even past the promotion deal. To my surprise when I went to pick up my clothes (which I also gave a 30% off coupon) I was shocked and blown away that my total was $79 FOR EIGHT PIECES. Customer service superb, I would like Pick/Delivery service to be a more seamless or accessible. My opinion is that grossly overpriced ..Help explain what the products used or process to cause such a hefty price 🤔

I found Tide Cleaners as it was closer to my office an thought "wow, it will be wonderful to have a cleaners so close!" Everything was easy and the clothes look nice but I shocked to see the price when I picked up, even with the new customer 50% discount I used $74.00 WOW>>>>> $148 would have been the full price, there is no way I can afford that. The guy that works there was super nice and had a great personality but for the cost, will not use again.
20 shirts brought in for next day service, employee was unable to give a price at drop off. Turned out to be a little over $165.00 which averages out to approximately $8.25 a shirt for dry cleaning only, and not same day service. That price is completely absurd and is on an average of 2.5 times higher than other cleaners in the area. Mediocre job at beat on the dry cleaning, 4 of the shirts came back and had a horrible odor on them, 3 of the shirts did not appear to have had anything done to them, still wrinkled. I have been taking my cleaning to MW cleaners the (Pearland location) for years now and never had any problems with the laundry of my dress shirts especially. But here recently, (that it is now Tide Cleaners) I have taken my shirts to be cleaned on several occasions and they are returned to me dirty! I had them to redo them and they were no better. I am absolutely displeased with the way this location is handling business.
