Our associate driver is consistent, jovial, super nice and goes beyond pick and up and drop off. He will ask how we are doing and if we need anything. We are very pleased with him and I sure hope Tide Cleaners is able to recognize the same.

My route person, Ana, is absolutely wonderful. The only reason I don't give five stars is because I always want medium starch and I don't get it often. There is little consistency in how starch is applied. That's very frustrating.
