Mandy called me today to let me know their business hours might get modified due to corporate coronavirus policy (forthcoming) and so she recommends I come in sooner rather than later to pick up my items. Let that sink in... She dialed my phone number to give me a heads up. That's amazing customer service, and I'm just a first-time customer. Imagine the service the regulars receive all the time. I'm highly impressed with the staff at Tide Cleaners on Dale Mabry, next to Sprouts, in Tampa.

Very happy. So many times bed spread cleaning came back with strong chemical odors. I used it first night with no odor problems.

It was a great experience.
I left 5 winter sweaters (my favorites!) and they were ready for pickup the next afternoon. They were done beautifully, either folded and draped over a hanger or stuffed with tissue and hung. No harsh chemical smells to them, a real bonus. I always enjoy the young women who assist me at the cleaners. A special call out to Stephanie, a bright, cheerful and very kind young woman. Thank you all for all you do.
