My clothes were pick up as scheduled and delivered back to me as scheduled. The pick up and delivery drivers were awesome. This us the best experience I have had with laundry services.

Service is terrific. Place Tide Blue duffel bag containing soiled clothes on front porch on Monday. Duffel bag is returned to front porch on Thursday containing clean, sorted, folded and plastic wrapped clothes. Works like a charm. My effort is 1) place soiled clothes in blue bag (don't need a laundry basket), 2) place bag on front porch, 3) three days later, carry bag from front porch to cabinet in walk-in closet and 4) place clothes in closet. Total time is 10 minutes on Monday and 10 minutes on Thursday. Fantastic.
