Shocked at prices 6.99 to dry clean pants.... ummmm no thank you will not be back!!

Way Too expensive!!
Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The day scheduled to pick up my items were not ready and no one called me. I was told when I came back the order would be free. When I went they still made me pay half and Two of my garments were ruined. The ladies were nice but the actual cleaning process and business ownership is horrible and they don’t own up to their word. Won’t be coming back.
If I have to pre-launder my dress shirts to ensure that simple stains are removed, what’s the point in using your service, no matter how “green” it is?
The ladies at the store are awesome.. they take care of the customer and it is difficult because the quality has been very inconsistent..the quality has dropped off in the last year..
One blouse that I took in to be laundered had a food stain on it, the stain was still there when I picked the blouse up from your establishment. I pointed the stain out to the attendant when I brought the blouse into the establishment.
