Customer service is terrible. They cannot confirm any coupons until after they charge you even if you ask ahead of time. Once they charge you, they say they cannot refund and redo the transaction. Was overcharged by $53, so the store manager said she would give me store credit; however, when I went the next time that same store manager said that she couldn't do it. Why didn't she call me back? Horrible I will never be back
Wife’s wool sweater had 2-3 spots needing special cleaning. Not only were they not cleaned, the spots were made worse. Tide is trying to reclean the sweater. This causes us to have to drive another 1 1/2 hours round trip to get the sweater.
