Dry cleaning services is fine however all workers at the humble location are rude. I’m not sure if it has been my luck, and they are coincidentally having a bad day when I stop by but it has happened with 3 different workers at that location. For the money we have to pay for this service; most expensive of all dry clean services in the area; I would expect better customer service.
The Pick Up attendant was great but not so the attendant that I left the clothes with! It appeared that she wasn’t didn’t like her job & wasn’t happy to be there. Evidently she isn’t a “people person” but then not everyone is. I was totally shocked at the cost! I had 2 plain men’s shirts, 1 plain mens sweater, 1 little girls dress & 1 ladies formal pressed & the total cost was a whopping $64.02! which was totally unacceptable. When I came in for my laundry ( third time) I need to give my name and phone again. ( was not in your system-I don’t know why) but she wrote wrong last name and phone number, ( which I realize after I am ready to pick up my clothes)did not received any messages that my clothes are ready for pickup. First, your personnel don’t smile to your clients ,make sure the information are correct and when I ask her why is my name not on the system while I been in store for the third time, she said she does not know . Rude attendant. Took 4 days to clean my clothes $74 dollars for 10 items.
We are disappointed with our wait time as walk in customers. Approximately 6 drive up customers had their transactions completed before us. The agent kept telling us they had computer problems and could not charge our transactions. Instead of devoting time to resolve the problem, the agent left to take care of other customers. I am not receiving discount coupons in my email from the company. My email address is edmurphyd@gmail.com.
I send about two to three hundreds per month And when I asked for a discount they say no!
Your Employees are fine, but your prices are not competitive at least not in this neighborhood. Comet Cleaners has specials your organization does not and their work is just as good. Your competitor is where I will be going to.
The clothes were well done, but your pricing is ridiculous! With a 50% off coupon, you prices were 40% higher than my normal cleaners. No wonder this business was sold!
Did a good job cleaning my 2 piece man's suit pants and jacket but $18 dollars is ridiculously too much. I asked for a price list showing prices for single garments and was told that they didn't have one. So I asked how much per pants/slacks/ jeans and was told $6.99 a piece which is also ridiculously too much. We live in Humble not River Oaks. Won't ever be going there anymore and would not refer anyone to take their clothes there.
